is your jewelry hypo-allergenic?

14k gold-filled hardware contains 100x more gold than gold-plated metals. all earrings utilize 14k gold-filled earring posts or studs unless otherwise stated. it is both hypo-allergenic (if you are not allergic to gold or anything EXCEPT solid gold), tarnish resistant, + nickel-free. we ask that you avoid water, perfumes, + abrasives for longevity’s sake. sweat, rain, + other light brushings will not destroy your jewelry. it will remain beautiful with regular upkeep + proper storage which are detailed in the care section.

all brass + sterling silver components are nickel-free.

 do you accept returns for refunds?

given that eden’s harvest is currently a small operation, we do not accept returns for full refunds. we are happy to do exchanges or accept returns for store credit which can be applied later. we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for one-of-a-kind, custom, or sale pieces.

how can i find my ring size at home?

can you make (x) item in silver?

eden’s harvest currently prefers gold-filled hardware for it’s high quality, longevity + easy maintenance. we stock silver in extremely small quantities. if you are interested in sterling silver, please contact us with the subject ‘custom piece’ to discuss creating a custom piece with the hardware you prefer.

how long will it take my item to arrive?

we ask that you allow up to three weeks for your item to ship. turnaround time depends on the nature of the item. except for one-of-a-kind items, everything is handmade to order, though some elements require several days to make/acquire. you will receive shipping confirmation as soon as it’s available.

do you offer repairs?

we are happy to offer repairs within reason. restringing necklaces, repairing or replacing hardware, will incur a small labor fee. if many large + key components of your piece are lost, we will charge to add those components back onto your piece. jewelry that has clearly been mishandled will be costly to repair, so please care for them accordingly.

what if my package wasn’t delivered due to incorrect address or has been stolen?

once the package is given to the courier, eden’s harvest is no longer responsible for issues related to lack of delivery. please, please check that your shipping information is correct + that you trust your mailbox or building to adequately receive your mail. squarespace cannot accommodate shipping insurance at this time. if you have concerns, please contact us for local pickup. if your package is returned to us, please contact us for reshipment. you will then be responsible for the cost of any reshipments that are needed.

where can i buy your work in person?
